Phase One: Setting the Stage

The development of the vision, mission, guiding principles, strategic goals, supporting measures, and key performance indicators. Six signature projects complete the plan.

Phase Two: Concrete Business Actions

The identification of business-led action steps that help achieve strategic goals and signature projects.

Phase Three: Implementation

The deployment of the business-led action steps to help achieve strategic goals and signature projects, includes measurement of success with a scorecard and a cadence of accountability.
